Richard Schaffer serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors and as the ministry’s trusted legal counsel.

With a deep commitment to the mission of Everlasting Life Ministries, Richard is actively involved in its operations, offering guidance, organization, and a strong voice to share the heart of the ministry with others. His wisdom and dedication have been instrumental in shaping and supporting various areas of the work. Outside of E.L.M., Richard serves as a lawyer with Swartz and Associates, where he brings the same integrity and care to his professional role. His servant leadership and heartfelt support continue to bless the ministry in countless ways.

Michael Al-Khal has been part of Everlasting Life Ministries since childhood and now serves as a trusted leader. As Treasurer of the Board, he helps guide the ministry’s finances and supports daily operations. He also leads the youth at New Bethany E.C. Church and is studying to become a pastor. Professionally, Michael works as a Business Development Specialist for the City of Allentown. With a heart for ministry and a vision for the future, he is helping carry the mission of E.L.M. forward with faith and dedication.

Jennifer Anllo is a dedicated small business owner based in Allentown with a deep compassion for those in need. Guided by her heart for the hungry and underserved, she is committed to supporting Everlasting Life Ministries in meaningful ways that uplift the community and reflect the ministry’s mission.

Michele Al-Khal, wife of Rev. Gus Al-Khal, serves as the heart of the office at Everlasting Life Ministries.

As Office Secretary, she lovingly oversees the day-to-day administration with grace and care. Often the first voice you hear when reaching out, Michele brings warmth, compassion, and a deep sense of support to everyone who connects with the ministry. Her steady presence and servant’s heart are a vital part of the ministry’s daily life and continued impact.

Nilda Santiago serves as the secretary of New Bethany E.C. Church, diligently overseeing the daily operations of all ministries within the facility.

With many years of dedicated service, Nilda is both the welcoming presence who greets visitors upon arrival and the reassuring face they see as they depart. Her commitment and attention to detail help ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the church’s ministries, fostering a warm and organized environment for the entire community.
